Terms and Conditions and Guest Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to Casa Andrea Sardegna<\/strong>. Our goal is to provide you with a place for perfect relaxation in Sardinia. To ensure fair conditions and a high standard of service for you and future guests, we have prepared this overview of rules that govern our relationship from the moment of booking until your departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms govern the relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cHost\u201d) and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cGuest\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How booking and payment work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Casa Andrea, we value fairness. To guarantee your reservation and avoid blocking the date for others in our calendar, we operate on a deposit payment system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Date Request:<\/strong> After submitting the form online, we will check the availability of the date and confirm the acceptance of your request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Deposit for stay (50%):<\/strong> If the date is available, we will send you the payment details deposits of 50% of the price<\/strong>. To secure your reservation, please make the payment by bank transfer within 3 calendar days<\/strong>. After this deadline, the calendar will automatically open for other interested parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Binding reservation:<\/strong> The reservation becomes binding as soon as the deposit is credited to our account. We will keep you promptly informed about everything.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Remaining payment (50%):<\/strong> The remaining accommodation fee must be paid no later than 10 days before your arrival<\/strong>. We will send you the payment request in advance by email. For last-minute bookings (less than 10 days before arrival), the full amount is paid at once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. What's included:<\/strong>\u00a0We want everything to be ready for you upon arrival. The price includes renting the entire apartment, utilities, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, parking, and final cleaning. The only extra charge may be the local tourist tax (Imposta di soggiorno<\/em>), which is usually collected in cash for the municipality of Valledoria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. If your plans change (Cancellation policy)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We understand that life brings unexpected situations. On the other hand, late cancellation of a reservation often makes it impossible for us to find other guests for the blocked date. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve set the cancellation policy as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
